Prime Minister Abiy Confers with CAF President Patrice Motsepe

Addis Ababa October 21/2024 (ENA)-Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed met today with Patrice Motsepe, President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), along with members of the executive committee.

The Premier shared on his social media channel that: “I received at my office this morning Confederation of African Football (CAF) President Patrice Motsepe and members of the executive committee ahead of the 46th CAF Ordinary General Assembly that Ethiopia is hosting.”

 

The Prime Minister and Motsepe have visited the Adey Abeba stadium, currently nearing completion.

Ethiopia stands ready to support a successful outcome of the meetings, Abiy reaffirmed.
