UN Food Systems Summit to be Held in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa January 15/2025 (ENA) Ethiopian Ambassador in Italy, Demitu Hambisa held discussion with a delegation led by Stefanos Fotiou, the Director of the Sustainable Development Goals Office at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

 

During the discussion, they exchanged views on the preparatory work required to successfully host the UN Food Systems Summit (UNFSS+4), which will be held in Addis Ababa from July 28–30, 2025, in collaboration with our country.

According to Ethiopian Embassy in Rome, both sides agreed to form a joint committee to carry out the preparatory work.
